Gut Microbiome & Probiotics Interaction

Gut Microbiome & Probiotics Interaction

Bacterial cells retain within the human gastrointestinal tract as a host and their genes are encoded by the bacterial resident. These microbes which are associated inside the human digestive- tract are called as a gut microbiome. These are mainly involved in human metabolism, Nutrition, physiology, and immune function. Gut microbes undergo many metabolic functions that humans are unable to do and produce ample varieties of nutrients, proteins, polysaccharides which will cause either good to the human as probiotics or causes harm to developing diseases like Bacterial Infection, Obesitydiabetes, atopy, Inflammatory bowel disease, tumors etc. Microbes will develop a highly- uninterruptable chip (Genome), but some researchers find out using metagenomic and metaproteomic studies, for example, 16S rRNA profiling.

There are lots of questions in our mind like do probiotics help the gut to promote the interactions. Here we go, there are two possibilities one is by taking the probiotics will help our digestive system and eliminate the unwanted bacteria. Second, is the will mix with our human bacteria and will cause reverse action towards our intestine. But until now no one sure about the causing factor for promoting the intestinal diseases either aerobic bacteria or anaerobic bacteria.
