Hepatitis Be Antigen (HBeAg) can be identified in the early stage of hepatitis B infection and after hepatitis B antigen becomes observable. The existence of (HBeAg) interact with hepatitis B virus (HBV) epidemic, the number of viral Dane particles, the existence of core antigen which is present in the nucleus of the hepatocyte, and the involvement of viral DNA polymerase in serum.Serum levels of both antigens goes up suddenly during the cycle of viral replication
